Thanks to our "Super Stuffers" who came together to assemble and prepare for the Ambulance Association's annual mailing. Representatives from the Ambulance Association repeatedly told us your help makes their appeal possible. As for us, who knew stuffing envelopes can be a party? The Super Stuffers did (and do!)
The Community Resource Fair was a hit again this year, as area seniors and their families stopped by to meet local service providers and gather information they may need. Anyone for home-delivered groceries? Bill paying services? Companion care? Travel immunizations? Pet care? (and so much more)... Congratulations to all who won door prizes!
Look at these women work! Twenty women gathered to empower themselves to be safe in our world. Under the direction of Personal Protection instructors (and 3rd Dan Black Belts) Marcy Feinman and Sue Leeper, women learned valuable skills and want to learn even more. Look for another seminar on this important topic soon.
